We need you to go door to door in South LA, especially Black South LA to talk to community residents about becoming a friend of The Strategy Center
We need you to go on the buses and trains to talk to passengers about joining the Bus Riders Union
You’ll spend the majority of your time going door to door in South LA and organizing on Metro Buses and Trains to speak to community residents about becoming a member of the Bus Riders Union. We’re particularly focused on deep engagement with the Black community.
You’ll also be responsible for organizing new member data via our database.
Experience working in and organizing around Black and Latinx communities preferred.
Canvas with the Bus Riders Union 10-20 hrs a week $20.00 per hour
