We’re excited to share that last week we had a great team building night with the Strategy and Soul bookstore Festival of Books Team and we’re excited to see you on Saturday and Sunday.

Last week we came together to share with each other the book, film, or conversation that radically changed our mind and shifted our thinking and our work toward social justice.

We then had some great food from Baba’s Vegan Cafe.

We ended the evening by participating in an activity in which each person selected a book from our bookstore that we have not read yet. We read one page from each book to the group and found deep re-commitment toward fighting for afro-centric literacy, counter-hegemonic freedom dreams, and 3rd world national liberation through the Strategy and Soul Bookstore.
